A client has reported that a few callers have claimed to have left a vociemail, but those voicemails are not found in the system when the user checks for it. Anyone seeing this?

2.2.27 version on the IPO

2.1.14 version of VMPro

I checked on our test IPO in the shop, and it appears that deleted voicemail wav files can not be found in the recycle bin. This eliminates my option for finding if the user inadvertantly deleted the voicemail that they claim never came to their VM box.

If the VM license count is exceeded, how is the next caller handled that tries to leave VM? Does VMPro refuse them access to VMPro, or (hopefully not) do something odd like let them record a VM but simply refuse to save it?

i had a this issue on one of our sites and what i found was the hd on the pc had about 32mb disk space left have you checked this?

I have also encountered this on P.C's with little or not remaining disk space.
