I have a MICS 4.1. Recently changed carriers and went from a 12 channel to a full T. Removed the adtran. Since then, about every 2 weeks, they cannot call out and get "line in use". Calls come in fine. I disable and enable the T1 card and everythine works fine for a couple weeks and then the fun starts all over again. Verified programming with telco, deprovisioned and reprovisioned lines etc. Anything else I can try? Thanks in advance.

Had this problem before! The telco company is not sending you a disconnect, or you do not have your lines set as supervised.

I have had the same problem, only happens with T1's and not with PRI's. Different providers so I must assume it is something I am doing. A setting maybe?? If I check the lines every 2 or 3 weeks I will have 5 or 10 lines out of service. The only way I have found to clear them is to do a warm re-boot or de-provision each line then provision them back in. Thankfully I can do this remotly.
How do you handle the problem?
