"Keyset does not exist"

We are having trouble with our VPN users.

We use certificates for security purposes, and once you install the certificates, the VPN connection works fine for about a week or two, then all our remote users get a "Keyset does not exist" error when trying to connect.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
