I ran across this error message and after spending a couple hours, I resolved this error message by deleting the entired Crystal Decisions folder.

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Crystal Decisions\2.5\bin

I hope this help anyone in the future.

Hi,
Did you have multiple versions of Crystal installed?
What are the existing subs under C:\Program Files\Common Files\Crystal Decisions now that you have deleted the 'usual' bin folder for CR10...

Hi,
OK, If it works now,it usually means that you had a corrupted DLL ( Has happened to others)

I understand it is a corrupted dll file. I should have stated above that this is usually due to a corrupt dll.
