"Invalid agent ID"

Hi

I use Arcserve 2000 with Exchange Backup Agent on a server running W2K e Exchange 2000.

During the backup it appears the folowing error:

E8604 Failed to start backup (DBNAME=\Individual Mailboxes\"Name", EC=EXCH Exchange Agent -- (410) "Invalid agent ID" )

It finished the backup, but appears "Incomplete" on the Final Status.

HELP!! I access the CA site, but nothing about this...

I was wondering if you ever found out a solution to this problem. I am currently trying to restore from a brick level backup and I am getting this same exact error. Could you possiby shed some light on this for me??

What are you trying to restore ?? same mailbox, same exchange server or same mailbox other Exchange server or ..??
Also check the dbexchg2.log in the Exchange agent directory for extra information
