I was hearing a beeping noise coming from our Network Application II system so I decided to power off, wait 1-2 minutes and power on again.

After powering on the beeping noise has gone away but I am unable to access any Voice Mail features.

I did the F **XFTEST and checked all features, the ones not working (all of them) I removed, and restarted the NAM again. (at least I think I did, I have been unplugging to reset it).

I am out of options now, Do I need to call someone for tech support or are there other things I can do?

Thanks for the heads up!

I'm not sure. I've un-powered the system and powered it up. Is that the same as rebooting?

Sorry! I meant Norstar Application Module II not Network. =\

Yes that is rebooting removing power. Look in maintenance at the ports does it say PCID or none. Could of died.

I went under Maintenance to check ports and I see some as None and some have numbers.

ex. P404 L052 , P405 None

Also the beeping noise has stopped. So I cannot recall the pattern :\

The none would be the device and the numbers are the ports it's on. Think is gone to VM hell.
