Hi to all,
Hope this doesn't sound like a silly question... Can I do this?
I want to send a call from a specific CDN to a set of DN numbers - where the agents are not logged in - offer the call to the DN and if no one answers, send the call to the next DN until it has completed every DN on the list?? In other words, I may have agents sitting at their desk - they may not be - can I route the call to all of these desks looking for someone before going to a VM??

Also, in a hunting situation, will the hunt only loop a certian amount of times before going to VM or is this a timer setting in the script??

Any help on this the New Year's Eve of this year - Happy New Year's Day and thanks for your help in advance.

I am not sure about sending a CDN to a hunt group but from the sound of the hunt group it is a forward no answer. In this case the system will only second forward to 1 more extension. You could try an MCR, multiple call ring, key on all the sets then when it is answered by one set the key will allow another call to go to the non active mcr keys. You will need to setup a set to control FDN to voice mail. Hope this helps.

as usual mr luckie (or miss) is correct, fna stops after after 3 hops max, i would make my ovdn, an acd group, with no members and send that acd (no agents) by ncfw to a mcr key on the supervisors phones, a lot of the times we try to program around a management problem, i've seen an area bell used for the same thing, it rang 6 times, then went to the owners of the problem... two vp's,,,funny the problem stopped
