I'm sure this has been asked before, but apparently I can't find it in a search query.

I have a form that takes a user's four character (alphanumeric) password. Other users are often in a position to "see" what is entered in the text box (standing in line, hanging around the computer, etc.) How do I make the textbox show ****, but still get the password correctly entered....

Set the input mask of your text box to be Password.

When the user's type the input mask will change the characters to * as you want.
