Hi All,
I am doing up a little project in MS Access 2000 that, when I have entered the data from my home loan statement, checks to see if the Bank is ripping me off in interest. (Seems like they are at this stage).

I have a form with a number of subforms that will appear when I select the particular account. Now, on the home loan account, I need to enter 30 or 31 records according to the days in the month regardless of the credits or debits.

What I would like to do, And I know it can be done, is click on a button and automatically create either 28, 30 or 31 records in the subform. Once that is done, I will then go through and enter all of the details from the statement.

Any Suggestions?

Its been 229 days since your post, you probably have it figured out by now. But if you make your subform 'continous' in the properties dialog you will automaticly see the next blank empty row below when you start to enter the details from the statement in the first blank record. Your form or sub_form is for filling info to a table. A table cant have blank records anyway, unless its only the already filled in primary key and the rest is blank (null). Primary keys are issued when data is put in a field. I dont know how a button with vba code would show 28-31 blank records, they dont exist till you fill them with something.
Hope this helps.
