these are older commands concerning PC-BACKUP and TAPE BACKUP( B3-BC5).
here's an example that unmounts /format / mounts a tape
FAVOE:VOL=RELVOL;
FATAE:CTU=0;
IOEBE;
Y;
IOEQE:CTU=0;
IOEQI:IOTYPE=CT,EQU=1-0-23-4;
IOEBI;
FASTI:CTU=0;
FATAL:CTU=0,TAPE=0,VOL=RELVOL;
FAVOI:TAPE=0,VOL=RELVOL;
these commands aren't anymore in use since we use HDU's now
