"exp037" Call is there but no audio.

Has anyone ever seen exp037 (packet failures) before? We're on a Cisco system with NICE 8.9. We can see the call start and stop, all of the information about the call is captured but no audio. With 400 agents, this is only happening on 2.

Any ideas?
 
How is your spanning done? I suspect the size of the site it would be VLAN, check if they are plugged into the same switch and whether the VLAN spanning is configured correctly.

If you are doing port spanning check those ports are spanned.


I have had this error on sites where the VLAN spanning was configured incorrectly so the data wasn't getting to the logger.
 
Make sure that agent info in NICE matcfhes their login info or NICE won't capture the audio, especially in the CTI environment
