"Enhanced ec500 feature not assigned"

I am trying to setup EC500 but I get getting the following message, "Enhanced ec500 feature not assigned".

So after looking at "display system-parameters customer-options" on page 3 I see Enchanced EC500? N. How do I go about getting that changed to Y. The system shows that I have 10 Xmobile licenses and everything else is set to Y besides Enchanced ec500. Is this something I can change myself or does Avaya ($$$$) have to do it.

What software version do you have? I beleive when you upgrade to CM software that should have turned that to Y and given you 5 licenses to try.

That is what I thought also. This system is located at our NC plant. I have the same system/version with 10 licenses and mine was set to Y.
 
Xmobile works similar to ec500 just not as nice to manage.

One limitation is that it will bridge only one appearance per xmobile.

It is relatively easy to set up and you can find plenty of documentation on how to set it up.
