"~E~V in ~F" as User !!?! 1

In Norton Corp 7.5 there is strange user name that sometimes appears: ~E~V in ~F. Why is it saying that and what is causing it???!?

I was noticed a while ago, and norton was compleatly uninstalled (clients too), reinstalled after a reboot or two, and redeployed to clients. There were about 5 of these strage users right off, but they dissappeared before we left. now 6 weeks later it's back on one of the users !!!.

thanks, how did you find that? all the search engins tried removed the '~' from the seach term.
