I have just had an upgrade cr 11 licence installed on my pc, the odbc link is working fine, but when i refresh reports which were created using cr 8.5 an error message appears stating that the tables are not found and asks if i want to remove these from the report. If i press no the data comes up. Any ideas why these messages are appearing? None of the tables in the access database have been renamed, but this new version of crystal had substituted all spaces in table names with under scores. I have tried to rename original names in the database to correspond but this does not work.
I may have to recreate this link from scratch but my colleague has left and i don't know how to do this.

Can anyone help?

Sounds like you need to set the database location again, or refresh it, etc. Database >> Set Database Location

Make sure the correct DSN is being used, as well as update the location of the table. Click on the database in the top box, then the bottom box and click the Update button, even if they are the same name and location. It might help Crystal recognize something that it didnt before.

I dont know if this will solve it, but it is something to check.
