"Crashed" Status - Restore

Hello, I am writing from Germany, so sorry about my english, but I hope that you understand our problem.

We have Backup Tapes which where created with Arcserve 6.1 using Novell Netware.

Now I want to do a Restore to Windows 2000, using Arcserve 9. But everytime when I start the Restore (Merged the Sessions in the DB), Arcserve is searching for the Session, finds it, reads for 4-5 seconds and show the Job Status as "Crashed". I don't know what to to now.

Maybe someone here has a good tip?

Tapes backed up using Netware version must be installed using the Netware version you can't Merge it & you can't restore it using windows version or any other OS version.
