Hi,
A few weeks ago, we reached the max on the number of IP sets on our phone systems (BCM 400 on 4.0.2.03).
Upon installing additional license keycodes we learned that the limitation was actually at the resource split.
Since learning this, we completed the 2/6 to 3/5 split but it seems I am still unable to add new IP phones.
When I connect the new phone it gets stuck at "Connecting to server" stage. And as soon as I free up a DN (by deregistering an existing DN), the phone sets up successfully.
Now that we've ruled out the resource split as the limiting agent, I am wondering if we need to purchase even more IP licenses... And for this I would like to know where I'd need to look in the system to check for whether or not we are indeed at the maximum limit.
