Anyone know how I can set this I need to to a step announcement and get the following error ("collect" Vectoring (Prompting) Feature not assigned)I looked in

Couldn't find any reference to it?

It is/was a subset of Vectoring that was offered by Avaya and marketed as 'Auto-Attendant'. Depending on the version of your software, you may not be able to purchase it any more. Check with Avaya or your Avaya Business Partner.

You can find where it's stroked "n"on "display system cust". its under call center options.
