I'm chasing an elusive issue where callers are complaining that they are receiving reorder (120 ipm busy) randomly when dialing off-network over ISDN-PRI trunks using ARS. Our trunk group for outbound LD has 12 PRI trunks, in an ascending hunt config. All of the trunks show in-service when status'd, but I occasionally see some of the members "active" with no connection port. Is there any diagnostic tool available in CM to assist me in locating the problem? Here is a capture of the DISP EVENTS for the last 24 hours. How to I decode the event data 1 and event data 2 data?

The denial events document will help you to decode the data,

also have a look at the list measurements outage trunk , and list measurements ds1

I've seen people forget to add all 23 channels to a trunk group. You add'em by hand - 14,15,16,17,19,20,21,22,23
You signal on the D to send a call out and telco offers you 18 and it fails.

I've seen that for intermittent failed incoming calls. But, might be a good thing to review

Good info, Kyle555. I reviewed the channel assignments for the trunk group, and they are all there in my case. MontyZummer, I have a copy of the CM Denial Events, but it doesn't help me decode the event data. It would be nice if the event display for denial events included the actual trunk group member that the denial event pertained to.
