" CCM6.0" Script Rotation by date

Hello,

I would like to create a script in Symposium (CCA-6.0) with the formula of rotation by date. There are four groups and in each group, there are 4dn. Each group will be allocated alternately to each day of the week, from Monday to Friday. And, I would like to foresee an overflow on a common line if every lines are busy. These people don't have any login(It's for the administration)

Hi,
You can route on weekdays via for example:

WHERE DAY OF WEEK EQUALS
Value Monday: EXECUTE SCRIPT Monday_DNs
Value Tuesday: EXECUTE SCRIPT Tuesday_DNs
/* and so on .. */
Value Friday: EXECUTE SCRIPT Friday_DNs
DEFAULT:
END WHERE

In the DNs script you can try a CONTROLLED way to route the calls via:
ROUTE CALL /* the DNs in a Huntgroup? */ CONTROLLED

Is it possible to make a forward of 4 phones? a script variable? To avoid program the phones if there is ever a change.

If the Dn's are in a huntgroup you can route to the groupnumber.
You can also create a scriptvariable to a MCR on the 4 phones or route to the first phone (which has a redirection to the second phone which has a redirection to the third phone and so on)..
