Hey People,

Just had a simplay Question. How do you Capitalize an Entire Document in Excel?

Thanks

either use a small VBA macro to do that for you

or

create another spreadsheet type "=upper(_here_you enter the first cell (A1) of your other spreadsheet) in cell A1
then copy A1 to all other cells of the spreadsheet.

You should now have a upper case only spreadsheet. to replace the original you need to copy the full content and do a paste special -> values. (you will loose all your formulas so it may not be the option you should pursue.

It will depend on what you are trying to do. VBA is very easy, and you will find code on these forums that will help you loop through the cells to do that.

If you are not up to VBA yet then have a look at It's a very useful and free utility with hundreds of functions. It includes the function to convert your worksheet in capitals with just one mouseclick!

Have fun,
