Hi,
I have posted on this before, but i am still having trouble.
In the attendant console user guide, there is a section on through dialing. it says this:
1. You receive a call from a restricted extension or tie trunk.
Press the lpk key beside the quickly flashing S indicator.
The tone stops.
The lpk and S indicators go on steadily.
The appropriate ICI is on.
2. The caller requests access to a trunk.
Dial the required trunk access code and listen for dial tone.
The excl. src. indicator goes on during dialing.
The D indicator is on steady.
3. After hearing dial tone, press RLS to end your connection.
The user can now dial the number.
The RLS indicator goes on; you are free to process other calls.
However, it doesnt work.
I believe 9 is the trunk access code, but i am not sure. (we always have to dial 9 then the number to call out.)
When the attendant presses 9, nothing happens.
Questions, theorys, rantings all are welcome.
Please help
