I have an option 61 rls 21 switch. During the past few days, our Operators are receiving calls in which they could only hear "Dial Tone". Now I've heard that this is caused by a telephone set beign Forwarded to itself, creating a loop. Is there any way to find this set? I have traced the ring-back call, but all I get is a route and trunk member. Thaks in advance for any suggestions.
