Will a MICS 4.1 mimic the Call Coverage feature available on an Avaya KSU? Customer wants internal extension to also ring at two other internal extensions? Vmail has already answered the line and is transferring to X1, how can I get X2 and X3 to also ring. Forward no answer is already set for Vmail DN, I suppose I could set FNA on X1 for 2 rings and send to X2 for 2 rings, then to X3 would finish the loop and finish by sending to Vmail DN if no answer? Seems like a lot of ringing?
Seems like Ringing services only handles EXTERNAL calls?

Program Answer DN's on the phones.

An Answer DN is a button that rings whenever the remote telephone does. So, send your AA path to x221, and put and Answer DN for x221 on x222, and x223. All will ring simultaneously, and appear on the first vacant button above Intercom.

One thing to pay attention to when using this feature, though, is call forward busy/no ans. Since the call routing is ring directed, when a call rings at those phones, it'll follow the forwarding with the lowest number of rings.

One way to get around this is to use a Hunt Group.

Ever watch the V8 commercial when the guy gets "thunked" in the head. Thanks I appreciate the info.
