Can anyone tell me how to use this feature? We had a situation tonight where the hospital was trying to reach a guest and he was on the phone-while we were able to send someone to his room to get him, the lost time may have been critical since once he got the call he came down to the lobby and asked for a cab quickly to the hospital. The switchboard operator tried taking a loop and using it, then tried just transferring the call and using the button and then tried just calling the room and using the button and nothing worked.
