Hello, just installed a BCM50r6 with 22 digital sets and a 12 channel PRI. I'm trying to set up a DID to be answered by the AA on zero rings the same way I've done umpteen many times before. First I define the DID in the target line table and set the prime set to the VM DN. Next I go into the Call Pilot programing and set the target line to be answered on zero rings by AA greeting table 1. Instead of the Call Pilot AA answering, the call is routed directly to the operator extension 7474. All other DIDs working fine and the main number answered by AA after 6 rings working fine. Any thoughts or suggestions greatly appreciated.

Try assigning it to a different target line and see what happens.

Change the prime set for that target to none or whatever the rec'vd digits are for the DID. You do not need the vmail dn to be the prime set ever to make this work.

Thanks for the input. Will be back out at the site to add some stuff on Monday. Will give it a whirl and post back.

Ok, resolved trouble by using another DID as DigitelD mentioned. Seems to be a telco issue because the original DID that I was trying to use was being sent by the telco as an IDC or incoming digit conversion. That DID began with a 9 so I had the telco substitute the 9 for a 4 which we've done lots of times in the past. I've got other numbers in the system set this way also that are working fine. Telco states everything is programed correctly on their end but I don't think so. Anyway it's working now by using a back number from the customer's DID range. Thanks again DigitelD and norstarboy for your learned input.
