"All Tasks" does not show In System Center on XP

I just got a new Windows XP workstation. I installed the Symantec System Center for NAVCE v7.5. I am able to see all workstations on the network, but when I right click the server groups or individual workstation I do not have the familiar "All Tasks" as an option in the menu.
I re-installed a couple of times, but no change.

Is this something peculiar to Windows XP?

No not particular to XP. I have the same problem with windows 2k adv server. The "all tasks" shows up fine in NT 4.0 server.
