"Access Denied" trying to sync Offline Folders

User is trying to make their home directory available offline but when it goes to do this fist synch itcomes up access denied even though she has full control of the folder and sub-folders.

What is the deal here? Help please

Could you please give a little bit more information! Home directory meaning homepage?

Sorry, the users K: drive which maps to a file server \\server\users\%username% type thing. I do know that the drive appears to be compressed...would that do it? The other thing is that I was able to logon to her machine and make the files available for offline use no problem. I don't get it.

Oh, the user is a member of local Admin on the PC.
