I am having issues with configuring a 8 port Quintun AF SIP device to work with a Nortel CS 100 PBX. Right now I am able to recieve calls into the Quintum device but cannot make outbound calls.

Any suggestions?

Can you call a DN on your nortel system? Dial plan set up in the NRS? Are you sending a 9 or inserting it via the INAC prompt in the RDB?

1- We cannot dial an Ext from the Quintum Analog Remote Gateway to the Nortel.
2- Yes we are using dilaing plan via NRS
3- Yes, we are using INAC = sending AC1 access code 9 for tandem PSTN outbound calls in the SIP Route Data Blocks 4 at all endpoints.
