Quintum Tenor Configuration Manager

I have an old Quintum AF 200 that one of my Mitel customers wants to connect to a MiVoice Office 250. I can't seem to find the configuration manager all google links are no longer valid and you need a account to get this from Ribbon the company who bought out Quintum.
Does anyone have this old Tenor Configuration Manager software?

I did see that but that software is too old I need Client software 108.08.00_011510 or the latest.
I have a current version of P108-09-10 on the AFT 200 but only have 107.06.00_050609 client software.
Seems like Ribbon has to be contacted and probably have to give them cash for the software what a bunch of crap.

Looks like you need a maintenance contract at about half the price of a new unit to download anything (and this does not include hardware replacement).
