Quicktime and Itune

It seems that the latest version of Quicktime (6.5) for XP has Itunes bundled together. I don't really want anyone to be using Itunes. Is there anyway to load only Quicktime?

I have been trying to download Quicktime/iTunes and the computer freezes up on the download, I would like to download only Quicktime too. Would apreciate any answer
