Quickly Duplicate/Export a page/sheet?

Is there a quick way to duplicate a sheet in visio? I know there is the "copy drawing command" but that doesn't copy all the settings on a page and I can't use it to export a page (ie have the same template as the background.) So basically I'm looking for a way to make a complete copy of one sheet in the same file.

I'm wondering if there is a way to export/extract a sheet to a separate file easily instead of doing save as and removing the unneeded sheets.

There are free macros you can download from the internet and they can duplicate pages. just google it.
