Quick question on Macros

Hi

I'm new to MACROS so this will be a quick question for someone with experience - we have GM 8.0PE and I'm training myself on MACROS - i can step up a simple one but when it comes to email i can only get the email message box to open - as we have lots of email templates, i need to select one from the drop-down subject box - the only way i can find to open this is with the mouse, obviously not suitable -therefore how do i get the box to drop using keystokes? also how do i 'send' the message without using the mouse?

sorry if this is a bit simple but it's only easy when you know how!!!

As far as I know, this isn't documented anywhere. The only reason i know is from trial and error frmo when a customer asked this and it drove us both crazy for days.
