Quick Launch + Pages

How do you create a sharepoint site (wss) with the quick launch side bar and for it to have pages. I seemed to tried all templates and none worked. Thanks.

sorry, but can you clarify this question, i'm not getting the clue of the question (or is it me being behind my compu @ 2 o clock in the morning)

anyway: you can create "empty" webs through frontpage.
check our local microsoft-dude-blog for nice examples and how to

Also, this is what I wanted to do to some extent.

You see the way they have quick launch on the left and pages on the right.

by default,you can select a template in sharepoint to have either or.

I just wanted to know if there was an out of the box way in how to do this. Even so, in frontpage, does it mean i have to create those links myself? In that case, is not the sharepoint "quick launch".

I hope i didn't confuse you more...haha!..
