quick dial pause programming

Hi, Does anybody know if you can program a pause into a quick dial code, I found some info in help about using certain buttons while dialling thro device, but no code mentioned.
System Mitel 3300mxe with 5212 & 5330 devices.

I'm pretty sure you press the hold key while entering the number.

The duration of the pause is defined in system options

Thanks kwbMitel, I believe that applies to dialling thro device, I wish to program a quick dial key on a users phone with a number that contains a pause.

You can programme a system speed call number with a pause

Example speed call number 4999 Actaul Number 4800P#XXXX

We use this to drop calls directly into a user vm

Read your original post, you specifically ask for a code associated with dialing thru the divice.

There is no mention of programming thru Web interface.
(The P is used on the Web interface)

MitelMaintel I was hoping that you could program a user speedcall or a CDE speedcall to do the same thing, I have PA's that have programmed their old digital phones to call voicemail and drop passcode on end to take them straight into the voicemailbox, I haven't played with system speedcall's yet so will give it a try

I think I understand what you are trying to do

Example Speed call number #4777 Actual Number 4800P1111

#4777= There extension with # infront of it

4800=Voicemail Hunt Group

P = Pause

1111=There passcode

Then Programme a CDE Key on there phone for #4777

This would drop into there voicemail without entering a passcode
