I have programmed up a new quick conference server but I am having trouble dialing into it. I used the Mitel Quick Conference Blade guide and followed it to the T. I pretty sure I did everything correct because as I was creating the SIP trunking options, I noticed my alarm status briefly go to critical as the instructions said it would. After I got done configuration everything the Alarm went away. So it seems like everything is configured correctly. THough when I dial the quick conf access code (default 7500), my phone just returns "Invalid" the the screen of my 5330? Any ideas where to start troubleshooting? I checked the Maint and software logs but cannot find anything regarding 7500 in the logs? The documentation is pretty good to get you started but kinda sucks for troubleshooting. I'll probably call mitel in the morning but just wanted to get a head start if anyone has any ideas.

Thanks,
Chris

I guess I should have mention the important stuff.

Hi cknipe,

You've created a Route with the SIP Trunk Group?

Have you added that number in Digits Dialled and allocated correct route to it?

Make sure you haven't given that route a digit mod number which is absorbing and digits. Easy mistake to make and i've done it a couple of times!

You da man MitelMatt, I would say 5 stars for that one. Im not sure what happened but when I looked at the route, it was using digit mod 1. rather than the new one that I created for quick conf. After changing that, it worked like a charm.
