Can you provide more information. Are you talking about 3 Avaya IP Office's? or 1 with IP Extensions?
Yes the Avaya IPO will work across 3 sites allowing ext to ext dialing via VCM's and Small Community Networking.
If using Avaya's in different local calling areas, call routing can be set up to enable calling across the internet and out via the local node saving toll charges.
What are your requirements? Speak with a local partner would be my best suggestion.
