Queued calls ringing through

I have a large customer who has a 6.0 406 IP office. They have a lot of hunt groups and queues. There telling me that when a caller is in queue "771" that it auto ringings a logged in user, the problem is that the logged in user is on a queued call already. I can't see where there is an issue in the programing. Any insight will help, thanks.

Are they putting the current call on hold and receiving the calls, if so enable "busy on hold"

They are saying it does it when they put a call on hold and when they are on the other line.

never take the customers comments as fact test it yourself. I would check the busy on hold setting and change it if it is off.

I agree and with "never take the customers comments as fact test it yourself" I did test myself, sorry I should have said so before. I'm not on site now, but I will check and see about what you said before, thanks for the help.
