Should the Queue message play when a group has a single user in dnd and Queueing on? I have a group setup in vm pro with a queued start point going to a queue position but do not hear the message when calling that group. I see in system status that the call shows as queueing but I only get ringing until the user goes off dnd and gets the call. I am on version 4.0.7 with 4.18vmpro
 
Have you turned on the new announcements tab under the group?

ACA - IP Office Implement
ACS - IP Office Implement
ACE - IP Office Implement
ACI - IP Office Implement
 
No. Should this be turned on for the queueing message to play?
 
Yes, Anouncments now controlls the msging (& it even plays whe calls are ringing)

V4.0 has a number of additional features & changes, you should realy check the release notes for full info.
