Ok am I missing something simple here? I want to use the queue to first feature in vectoring because I have the same programming for about 12 applications. I have written the vector (below) and set in the VDN 1st field the skill I want to queue to. I have changed the override settings and nothing different happens. When I look at the log I see the VDN Skill invalid error. Thoughts?

wait time 0 seconds
queue to skill first pri m

wait 30 seconds with music

goto step 5 if unconditionally

do you have the 1st skill number assigned on the VDN itself?

Yes the skill is assigned on the VDN form....

The COR looks normal what should I be looking for?

Do any of the VDNs that the caller will hit before they hit this VDN have a "VDN Overridd" of "N"?

If so, the system will try and read the "1st Skill" field from that VDN. It always uses the settings of the 1st Override set to N that it gets to. Does it work if you call the VDN directly?

Did you setup the hunt-group as a skill?
With queue, acd, vector and skill set to y?

I just found out the calls acutally are forwarded here from another switch, so the VDN override I think is my problem after all. Thanks for all the wonderful help!
