Queue Callback 1

Looking for a Dev-Connect product with a Queue Callback feature.

Callers in queue have long wait times - 45 minutes to an hour.

Want the option where the caller gets a message saying, "Press 1 to be called back and not lose your place in line."

The system confirms the callers phone number and when their spot comes up in the queue the system will call them back so they dont have to wait on the phone.

 
The Xima Chronicall has queued callback as part of their multimedia add-ons.

Not sure if it's offered as Avaya rebranded whatever it is.

Anyone else know of any others?
 
We installed the Xima version recently and it works great. You need a real server, a few licenses from Avaya, and a little planning. The product is good and their support is outstanding. Combined with their "cradle-to-grave" reporting (included) it's hard to beat.
