Questions Regarding Long Distance Codes

Hello all..
Not sure if the pertains to the BCM400, but we have a long distance codes for our individual users.
It's a 4-digit code and only is required when dialing long distance numbers.
The sequence goes like this:
1-xxx-xxx-xxxx the individual get a "tone", they put in their assigned 4-digit code and the call goes through.

Have access to our system through the Business Elements Manager software, but not even sure if this is where these codes reside.
Tried "Class of Service" settings and it doesn't seem to have anything

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Your carrier is the one that has this set up. You need to get with them if you need to add or change a code.
