Questions on Photogalleries in FP site.

Hi all,
I recently added a number of photo galleries to my wife's website. This of course leads me to a couple of questions:
An example is at:

As you can see, due to the black background, the arrows that move the slideshow left and right are not very bright. Can I change the color of the arrows?

Alternatively, I have checked out a few more photo album programs and really like J Album (

http://jalbum.net/)

I like this one because it gives me a few more options , layouts, etc. and I understand is also better viewable in other browsers. However when I have created the slideshow, I can't figure out how to upload it to my FP Site. I have tried a few things to no avail.
I'm willing to try others though if I can accomplish what I want to do.
