Hello All,

Is it correct, that I have to use SQL to import and use informations via VM PRO (open Database, start Database, and so on)?

I saw VM PRO uses MDAC to get access to Microsoft products like MS Access, MS Excel, and so on. Is this correct?

Which OLE DB Provider is correct for these MS Products?

MS Access
MS Excel
MS Word
LDAP
Outlook

Which MDAC Version includes these Providers?

Please I need help.
It would help to get some information about this feature of VM PRO.

Regards

from a license stand point there is a database license you need to buy.

beyond that there is a VB license that you may need if the standard OPEN, GET, CLOSE featues with VM pro don't have the features you need where you would need to craft your own VB script.

and yes it uses basic SQL commands.
