I have a customer with a 192 elite. The problem they are having is that they are a car dealer and are running around all the time. They park calls and leave the phone and if it rings back no one is their to answer it. The want it to go back up to the receptionist. The elite has no way to overflow or delay ring on a recall. I was wondering if their was another system or something we could transfer the calls out to and then pick them up from, and it would overflow to a certain place if no one got it in time. Or any other Ideas would help.
Thanks

The system is set by default to recall first to the station that camped/parked or placed call on hold. After a timer expires, it will by default recall to the attendant station where it will ring until answered if voicemail is not present. If voicemail is set up for the attendant, it will forward into the gen del mailbox is it isn't answered.

The above is true if the user camps a call/ parks a call and does not place call on EXCLUSIVE HOLD by pressing the hold button twice.

Good luck and play with your timer tables to fine tune!

What memory block controls the timer for the overflow to the attendant?
