Question regarding software FOSSE Point of Sale?

I am looking into getting a POS (point of sales) software called FOSSE but before I decide too, I need to know who made this software (not the supported gateways, but the actual developer) and who is it licensed by? I tried looking for information but had very little luck on search engines

To the best of my knowledge, FOSSE is property management add-on used to integrate with an already existing POS system like Aloha. In other words, it's a module and not a full blow POS solution. PMS are typically used by hotels to integrate charges to specific rooms, etc.

If you're buying a used system and this was the info you were given, it is likely tied in with another system that is the actual POS. Hope this helps.
