Question on subforms

I have just created a form with 3 subforms.
However, when displayed in the form, each subform still has the gray vertical bar on the left side with the little triangle icon on top,Also the bar on the bottom of the subforms that shows the record number and directional arrows also shows.

Is there a way to eliminate these so that my subforms look cleaner?

Any help is appreciated.

in the design/properties of the sub forms make sure Record Selectors is set to NO, Same as Navigation buttons! Scott Musich
