OK, so let me see if this is correct. If I take the following exams for the MCSA:
70-290
70-291
70-620
70-299

And then take these for the MCSE:
70-293
70-294
70-298

I will still have to take one more exam because the 70-299 elective for the MCSA cannot count towards the MCSE? But if I replace the 70-299 with 70-284 then that one will count for both?

Thanks

Yep.

MCSA (2003) / MCDBA (SQL 2000)
MCTS (SQL 2005 / Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 3.0: Configuration / Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007: Configuration)
MCITP Database Administrator (SQL 2005) / Database Developer (SQL 2005)

I am looking towards this path to my MCSE, *=done so far...

70-290*
70-291
70-270*
70-293
70-294
70-298
70-282

Should do it, right? Cant use Server+/A+ H-S anymore, is this true?

Well the path I was going to take is,
270*
290*
291*
293
350 (MCSA)
294
298
299 (MCSE)

(* = complete)

Is this accurate?
Would the 350 exam count towards my MCSA and MCSE.

You might want to look at the requirements for Server 2008..I belive the MCSE is going away for that version. To be replaced by more specific certs.

The MCSE will be eventually phased out, but as yet it is not scheduled to be phased out. The Windows 2000 exams were just scheduled to be phased out, so the Windows 2003 exams will be around for a while.

Looks like I was mistaken, A+/Server+ can bu used for MCSA, now just have to pass the 70-291.....

I have an MSCA \ MCSE in both NT4.0 / Windows2000, are the upgrade exams still available?

Yes you can still upgrade to the MCSA and MCSE for Windows 2003. Check the MCSE site on Microsoft.com.
