Hi, we are installing new Avaya phone systems in new Branches when we are opening them. At one site we have two G650's and at another we have two G700s for example. I'm not to familiar with the set up but we have them connected to the network to dial internally on our network for free and then have PRIs connected for outside calls. When we have network outages at these new locations we loss dial tone on the Avaya phones set. We thought that we should be still able to dial out on the PRI's when the network is down. Is this normal? Thanks, Jason.
