question on how to calculate a date field 1

Hello,
I would like to know the proper syntax of creating a calculated date field. Speicifically one for a date range of 3 months time. Jan-March April-June etc..Any suggestions? TIA as always,

You may consider playing with Format([Date field],'q')

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. I'm actaully trying to formulate the date using DateSerial to calculate three month intervals. I'm not sure how to go about it..
