In the associated data column, what does a PRI: 6 mean? Thanks

Might be priority 6 which is the default priority used when calls are queued to a skillset.

example: QUEUE TO SKILLSET abc123 (with no priority defined queues with priorty 6)

as opposed to: QUEUE TO SKILLSET abc123 WITH PRIORTY 3 (queues with priority 3)

Do you know what EVENT DATA on call by call that says REASON:NET ALREADY SERVICED TIME IN Q. thanks.

Within the skillset, what would happen if there are different priorities? Would priority 1 mean that the call gets routed first?

Correct, the call with the highest priority (1 is the highest) gets answered first. This can mean that if there are always calls queueing with PRI 1 then calls with a lower priority can never be answered.

Not sure about the "net already serviced" message, but it may mean that you are repeating a command in the script and it is simply telling you that it has already serviced the command.
